1. VIP Customer Level
a) Explanation
In order to ensure good conditions for our loyal customers every registered customers gets a VIP Customer level due to his total turnover. The turnover of all orders will be added toghether to a total turnover. Shipping costs do not count for revenue. For each level which is reached by a customer he gets 1% additional discount. The discount is shown in the basket and is a percentage discount on the total value of the products. A discount can not be granted on shipping costs.
The VIP Customer Level is increased only when you order directly on the mostwanted-pens site and not on a partner website or a portal, such as Ebay or Amazon. The VIP Customer Level is personal and not transferable under any circumstances.

2. Contractor, Contract
The purchase contract will be concluded with PaperDotCom GmbH. You can contact our customer service for questions and complaints on weekdays via email here: info@paperdotcom.com.
By clicking the button "Buy" you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The order confirmation you receive immediately after sending your order. Thus, the purchase contract has been concluded.
All prices include the VAT. If you are a registered customer outside of the European Union you will not have to pay the european VAT and therefore you will see the net prices.
Despite checking, a price on the website may be wrong. We check the prices when we process your order and before we burden the payment. If a product has a incorrect price and the correct price is higher than the price on the website, we will contact you before shipment of the goods in order to ask you whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel the order. If the correct price of a product is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If you have already paid we will transfer the difference to your account.
If you have found the desired product, you can put this obligation by clicking the button "Add to cart", the character is a shopping cart. The contents of the basket can be seen at any time by clicking the button "Display Basket". The products in the basket can be removed any time by clicking the button "Remove item from the shopping basket", the character is a trash can. If you want to buy the products in your card, click the button "Check Out". Please enter your data then. The mandatory fields are marked with an*. Registration is not required, but has the advantage that the revenue for this order will increase your VIP Customer Level. Your data is encrypted. We save the contraxt text and send you the order data. Your past orders can be viewed in our customer login area unless you are a registered customer. The valid conditions for your order are sent automatically with the receipt confirmation of your order to you. If you are not a registered customer you can not see your order data for security reasons.

7. Shipping Costs and Delivery
We deliver to Germany and International from a certain transaction value free of cost. Please take a look at our shipping cost table for a detailed overview at the following link: Shipping & Payment
Goods will be shipped to the delivery address given by the customer. On the website you will find information about the availability of products (e.g. on the product detail page). If this is not the case, we will deliver in Germany after 2-4 days. Within the EU, after 4-14 days and outside the EU after 7-30 days. If we find out during the processing of your order that you have ordered products which are not available as indicated, for unforseen reasons, you will be notified separately by e-mail or telephone. The legal rights of the purchaser remain unaffected.
If goods are delivered with obvious damages, please complain such mistakes immediately at the deliverer and please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint has no influence on your legal rights, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to make our own claims against the forwarder or the transport insurance.
If the shipment to the customer is not possible because the customer is not present at the delivery address indicated by him, even though the delivery date has been given to the customer in a reasonable period, the purchaser shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.
Please note that international mailed items may be without the manufacturer's warranty, serviced provided by the manufacturer are not available, manuals, instructions and safety warnings are not written in the language of the destination country, the products ( and accessoires ) are not according to the valid standards of the destination country. You are responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When placing an order for all sites of mostwanted35 GmbH , the recipient is the importer and must ensure that all laws and regulations of the destination country are respected.
In our shop there are various payment methods available. Any additional costs are clearly identified in the choice of payment method. Please note that not all methods of payment are available for all countries.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
10. Changes of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, including these Terms and Conditions and the VIP Customer Level. The VIP Customer Level is a voluntary loyalty rebate system that can be changed at any time. For your orders the Terms and Conditions are in force which are valid at the time of your order, unless a change of these conditions is required by law or by any official order. If any point of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, these rules shall be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining points.
